Theoretical lecture:
– Structure and types of car paint
– Clear coat processing
– Description of Premium Mafia polishing system with Flex polishing machines
Practical exercises:
– Complete paint-correction with use of DM Power Line product line and Flex rotary machines.
– Paint-correction with use of DM Microfiber product line and Flex planetary machines.
– One step / finish technique using pads from standard DM line with Dual-action machines
➡️Day 2 #leatherrepair
Theoretical lecture:
– Structure and type of leather
– Methods of taking care of the leather
– The most common leather damages
– Overview of BVBA – Paul Willems leather products for leather renovation
Practical training
– Cleaning and impregnation
– Surface preparation prior to colouring
– Damage repairs
– Semi-professional paint application
– Demonstration of professional paint and finishing-coat application
